Healthwatch England recently published a joint report (with the British Red Cross) in October 2020 which looked at how well the new hospital discharge policy, called ‘Discharge to Assess’ (D2A), is working for patients, carers and healthcare professionals. Locally, Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire (HWCB) have developed a survey to enable them to gain feedback and intelligence from patients who have been discharged from hospital during the Covid period. If you have recently been discharged from hospital we would greatly appreciate your help in completing the survey.
